Outlook was designed so a move didn’t have to mean a compromise. That meant thinking about how people like to live, both in and out of their apartment, and providing facilities to let them continue living life the way they want to.
Nestled between the two mews buildings on the northern side of the property, the garden is sheltered on all sides with a pavilion that incorporates barbecue facilities and offers an enclosed dining area. This became a wonderful place to meet and enjoy the company of fellow residents or spend time with friends and family. Plenty of room for children to play while others sit back and relax in the sun with a drink.
For residents keen on a walk on Mission Bay beach or nearby Kepa Bush Reserve, there was a warm water outlet near the entrance to rinse the dog before heading back to the apartment.
Two generous-sized lobby areas on the ground floor provided a comfortable place for sitting and staying warm and dry when waiting for a taxi pick up. The undercover drive through means that those departing or arriving at Outlook remain protected from the elements.
