Outlook brought modern, sophisticated, urban living to the Eastern Bays. It gave residents a chance to live simple, live uncluttered, live flexible, in a home where they took centre stage. Apartments are about well-thought-out, efficient living, where everything is in the right place and Outlook set the bar high.
Each of the 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments had unique features
Outlook offered different configurations; large full-width living or a split between the master bedroom and living so that both rooms enjoy the amazing views and access to sun. Most apartments were dual aspect, letting air flow through to cool in the summer months. Some apartments at Outlook include outdoor rooms, extending the living area even further.
Garden apartments with expansive private terrace areas. Sunny 1 & 2 bedroom ‘lock and leave’ apartments. Generous penthouse apartments with expansive wrap-around views from city to sea. Outlook apartments offered many living options.
Hand-selected European appliances from Bosch and Gaggenau
The internal feel was that of natural stone, oak cabinetry, and Italian porcelain tile. The colour pallet was relatively neutral, allowing each new resident to make it their own.
