Outlook Mission Bay Project Update 8

It’s not long until the apartments will start to have the interior finishes installed. The Clearwater Construction team continue to make great progress and if you live locally we’re sure you will have noticed the scale of the buildings increasing dramatically over the past few months.

The penthouse floor has now been poured and the team on top of the tower are finishing the lift cores ready for the roof to be installed soon. Structural steel for the first mews building is now fully installed as can be seen in the picture to the left.

Work has started to enclose the main tower and most of the aluminium joinery and double-glazed glass has been installed up to Level 3. Having the glazing installed in a timely fashion is important as it means that work can then start on the beautiful interior finishes.
